Works with VSimBase, VSimEM, VSimPD, VSimPA, and VSimMD licenses.

Function that stretches the distribution returned by another.

stretcher Parameters

minvalue (float): Minimum value of the random number.

maxvalue (float): Maximum value of the random number.

stretchFunc (no-arg functor): Function that is to be stretched.

seed (optional): Random seed of the stretched function stretchFunc, if it has one.
