DielectricShape Block
DielectricShape:
Works with VSimEM license.
This block is required when using a multiDielectricUpdater. The block sets the permittivity to a specified GridBoundary.
DielectricShape Parameters
- gridBoundary (required string)
The name of the GridBoundary to which to set the permittivity to.
- relPermittivity (optional float, default = 1.0)
The value of the permittivity within the specified
gridBoundary.
- isFlipped (optional int, default = true)
Whether the gridBoundary interior is flipped.
- conductivity (optional float, default = 0)
Specifies the conductivity of the dielectric for cases that implicitCylEmUpdater is used as the field updater. If conductivity is specified, then electricField must also be specified in the implicitCylEmUpdater block.
