Tech-X offers numerous ways to receive technical support and general help for its products and technologies. They are in one of two service categories:

Basic Support Service (no charge)

Basic Support Service is available for all product and technology users at no cost. The key features of Basic Support Service are:

  • Documentation in PDF format
  • Web access to information in available FAQs
  • Web access to available mailing lists (see below for complete list and links)
  • Opportunity to submit issues to our support department. Resolution will be at Tech-X Corporation's discretion

Per-Incident Support Service (associated cost)

Per-Incident Support Service is provided to solve a single, specific support incident for selected commercially offered products. This is the level of support that is provided on a fee-per-incident basis. The key features of Per-Incident Support Service are:

  • Support for resolution of a single, specific incident
  • E-mail and phone access to technical support resources at support@txcorp.com or 720-974-1846
  • Initial response to support requests within 2 business days
  • Resolution response time goal of 5 business days
  • Per-incident fee of $99.00 USD
